Initial Contact
When making initial contact with our Personal Injury Team you will speak directly with the Mark Hunter who will be dealing with your case whether you contact us by telephone or call into the office in Knowsley. However you can email us with a suitable time for Mark to contact you, please see our contact form on our Contact Us page. If Mark is unavailable at the time of your initial call or attendance we will arrange for a convenient time for him to contact you to discuss your accident, this can be done over the phone or we can arrange an appointment for you to attend our offices. We do also offer home/hospital visits at a time and date to suit you. Our Client Care Team on reception are always on hand to take any details from you with regards to your accident in order to speed up the initial process. If Mark is not available when you first attend we will ensure any general paperwork is completed with you upon your initial contact, this normally takes about 5 minutes and ensures we have your contact and basic details of your accident from the outset. Alternatively we also have an online Claim Form you can complete which will provide us with the initial details we need to start your claim.
