Joe is the senior partner in the practice and has been specialising in criminal law for nearly 30 years'.

Terry has been with the firm for almost 5 years and is 'our man in the office'. Terry has many years experience as a Crime Executive, working for over 25 years in a solicitors office in Kirkby looking after the interests of all their clients.

We specialise in providing advice, assistance and representation on all criminal matters.

Police Station Advice

If the Police question you about any offence - regardless of whether you have been arrested - we are able to offer free advice and assistance at any time.

No matter what time of the day or night you should contact us.

During office hours call 0151 480 3666, and out of hours call 07850 733625.

The Police should also have details of our number.

Magistrates Court Representation

If you have been charged with, or summoned for a criminal offence we can represent you in the Magistrates Court. We will prepare your defence and represent you at the hearing.

A representation order can be applied for, and if granted this will cover any costs incurred by a Solicitor.

Crown Court Representation

Some cases are sent to the Crown Court to be dealt with. We will fully prepare your defence and arrange for an experienced specialist criminal Barrister to represent you at any hearings. Again, a representation order can be applied for to cover any Solicitors or Barristers fees.
